Let us help you!

Exercising with others makes it easier to keep going. You’ll have instructors guiding you, people who are glad to see you, and a regular time in your week that’s just for you. Many members find that being part of the Flex Body community is what helps exercise become a lasting part of their life.
At Flex Body, you can expect a warm welcome and a supportive atmosphere that feels like a second home. Whether you’re diving into Reformer, Yoga, Pilates, or any of our other classes, you’ll find a diverse range of options to suit your schedule and preferences. Plus, our convenient location and flexible class times make fitting in your classes super easy.
We have several options for booking classes, either through the website or via our app (which makes the process super easy).

If you’re unable to book in online, just send an SMS to 0415 131 032 and we’ll book you in.
We also ask that if you are unable to attend you cancel at least 6 hours prior so someone else has a chance to enjoy that class, and you avoid the cancellation charge.
We don’t cancel classes so whatever shows on the timetable will be running!
We provide everything you need for your class.  Studio mats and any additional props are available for use at no charge.
Bare feet are recommended for most classes and grip socks are essential for Reformer classes. We’d suggest trainers for Aerobics, HIIT and Strength classes. We have a great selection of grip socks available for sale at the studio. Comfortable exercise clothing is recommended.
We have lockers available for you to safely store valuables.
You will be completely supported. All of our classes are designed to suit all fitness levels, but we do have beginner friendly classes available.

Absolutely!  Flexibility is something you’ll gain over time with consistent practice. Yoga is all about meeting yourself where you are and enjoying the journey. It’s not about being the most flexible person in the room, but about feeling good in your own body.
Take today as your starting point and celebrate the changes you feel going forward.

Ease in gently. Starting with Yoga, Yoga Slow or Mat Pilates gives your body time to settle in and helps you build confidence from your very first class. Once you’re feeling comfortable, you can add something new from the wide range of classes and discover what you enjoy most.

Listen to your body and take a rest whenever you need one. Your instructor will always support you to move at your own pace. And remember to bring a water bottle, so you can stay refreshed throughout the class.

If you have an injury or health condition that may affect how you move, simply let your instructor know before class. They’ll offer modifications so you can enjoy every session with confidence.

If you’d like more tailored support, a private class can be a great place to start. You’ll be matched with an experienced instructor who will help you understand which movements suit your body and which to adapt, so you feel confident and comfortable as you move into group classes.

Barre is a ballet-inspired workout that mixes ballet movements with other disciplines including Pilates, Dance, Yoga and Functional Training.
This class is high intensity, low-impact and designed to tone your body, creating longer, leaner muscles.
A fabulous way to build stamina and give your metabolism a boost!
Yes! You will love the Reformer as a fantastic way to improve your strength and flexibility whilst enjoying a great class experience.
During each class you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone, helping you to enjoy a stronger, leaner body. These classes are suitable for all levels, the Reformer adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility.
While no previous Pilates experience is necessary, if you’re completely new then the Reformer Slow is a good place to start.
If it’s your first class, please arrive 10min prior so we can help you set-up correctly.
Don’t forget your grip socks – you’ll need these for each reformer class to ensure your safety and cleanliness. If you don’t have your own we have some available for sale at reception.
The first step is to sign up for your Summer Pass – this gives you 7 days of unlimited Reformer and Mat classes for just $22 and is available for everyone who is new to Flex Body.

We like to ensure that everyone is put at ease and is comfortable – we’ll show you the studio space and alleviate any concerns you may have.
If you have any health concerns, please inform the instructor at the beginning of class so they provide you with any modifications necessary to keep you safe.
We value your time so we ensure that all our classes start and finish on time. If you are a few minutes late, we understand, just quietly join the class.
For your safety, late entry is capped at 5 minutes. The class will have completed their warm-up and you may put yourself at risk of injury.
